Replacement Policy
Since we believe in maintaining relationships, we provide replacement/refund.
Lead Replacement Eligibility Criteria
1. If there has been No-contact till 3 working or business days from the date of Lead Purchase
We shall replace the lead or provide a Store Credit in the below-mentioned steps-
a) The buyer will try to make contact the Homeowner at the given Contact Number, Alternate Contact Number, WhatsApp Number, Email etc. till 3 (Three) days from the date of Lead Purchase.
b) The professional would be required to submit the “Client Follow Up Report” to MyNextInteriorProject.com via Email (help@MyNextInteriorProject.com) or whatsapp at 9818550892 within 5 (Five) days from the lead purchase date. If the professional is still unable to establish the contact with the customer within the first 3 (three) days as mentioned in step (a)
c) The Lead Verification Team of MyNextInteriorProject.com will review the Lead and try to establish contact between Homeowner and the Professional (Buyer) and the same fails.
If contact between the customer and the Professional is not been established even once in any of the above-mentioned steps, MyNextInteriorProject.com shall replace the lead(in case of Exclusive Lead purchase) and Add Store Credit or MyNextInteriorProject.com Wallet Refund in case of Website Purchase.
No Refund or Replacement will be issued if Customer has shared any details(floor plan, Layout etc related to his project) with the professional.
2. If deal closed before buying the lead.
3. If client changed his mind and decide to go with only designing not for execution. There will be partial refund.
4. If customer drops the requirement permanently.
5. In case of Repeat Purchase.
6. Incorrect contact name and number of the customer
7. If user will not login till 6 months the account will automatically deactivate and the wallet amount will also depleted
Partial Refund –
If client changed his mind and decide to go with only designing not for execution. There will be partial refund.
Lead Review Terms –
a) In case of Exclusive Purchase, a lead can be reviewed 2 times maximum.
b) in case of shared purchase, a lead can be reviewed only once.
